Christmas Closure

The Christmas Holiday Break is observed by the Victorian State Revenue Office and Land Registry Office between 5:00pm on Friday 23rd of December, 2022 until 8.30am on Monday 10th of January, 2023. This means no Land Title Transfers nor Settlements can take place.

This gives us a chance to have our first holiday break in years and we will not be available from Tuesday the 20th of December until Tuesday, the 17th of January, 2023 when we'll be back in the office.

A skeleton crew will be on board from the 10th of January, 2023 when the SRO and Land Registry office will begin operations for the new year.
