Central Victoria Conveyancing was established in Lancefield in Central Victoria. We are a small practice, and we pride ourselves upon providing our clients with personalised, professional and friendly service at all times. Our services provide great value for money!

Central Victoria Conveyancing Ptd. Ltd. (ACN: 626 821 449) has license number 001569L as per the Conveyancing Act Regulations 2008.

Clare de Kok GAICD. Clare has licence number 001570L as per the β€œConveyancing Act Regulations 2008” and has a Diploma in Property Law (Conveyancing) with extensive experience gained in working in organisational management including EO of Rural Financial Counselling Service and EO of Australian Grasslands Association. Clare is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Clare Spicer. Clare has licence number 001398L as per the β€œConveyancing Act Regulations 2008” and has a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) with extensive experience working in Conveyancing since 2003. Clare is currently studying for her Degree in Bachelor of Law.

Licence Information

Conveyancing Act 2006

In compliance with the Conveyancing Act 2006 we advise as follows:

  • We confirm that we hold Insurance against civil liability. The Policy is with Vero Insurance Policy No. LPS 018217824 (75%) and Allianz Australia Insurance Ltd Policy No. BAW000-649-865 (25%) for $2,000,000.00 on any one claim and in the aggregate. A copy of the Policy Schedule can be obtained upon request.
  • We further advise that Central Victoria Conveyancing is the holder of a Conveyancing Licence No. 001569L.
  • Clare de Kok is the Director and is the holder of an individual Conveyancing Licence No. 001570L.
  • Clare de Kok has graduated RMIT Dip. Conveyancing
  • Clare Spicer is the holder of an individual Conveyancing Licence No. 001398L.
  • Clare Spicer has graduated Swinburne University of Technology Dip. Financial Services (Conveyancing)
  • A Costs Disclosure Statement is provided upon initial engagement
