Applications for 2021 land tax relief in all categories — residential landlords, commercial landlords and commercial owner-occupiers — close at 10pm on Wednesday 30 June.

How do I apply?

Residential and commercial landlords of properties with a single tenancy, and commercial owner-occupiers can apply via My Land Tax.
Landlords of properties with multiple tenancies (residential or commercial) can apply via our Coronavirus land tax relief - Multiple tenancy properties SmartForm.
